You can't! We will never divulge any personal information relating to models. This includes but not limited to MSN/Chat handles, e-mail addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers etc. The only information we are prepared to release on our models is what you find on their bio page. You can contact us for things like autographs and we will try our best for you. No used panties or toy requests please... It's creepy and not something we provide.
How can I see your models on Web Cam?
You can't. Not through MyBeautifulTease.com, we don't yet offer a web cam service. This may be a feature we develop in the future.

How do I cancel my membership?
We are sorry it has come to this... You can cancel by going to http://support.ccbilleu.com and entering a few personal details to cancel your subscription. Alternatively e-mail us with your Username and confirming your address in the message and we will cancel your subscription for you.
I have a Query regarding a charge to my card/account.

I've been charged again?
Please be sure that if you opt for an automatically renewing subscription your subscription will renew once the designated period has ended. Please read the subscription pages before you signup. We will not issue refunds fore auto-renews not cancelled.
Can I get a refund?
What. No of course you can not. As with any digital product we do not provide refunds except in certain circumstances. Once you signup you have complete and total access to our content.
Viewing the Content
What do I need to watch your videos?
Nothing that you don't already have. All our videos are provided in Windows Media Video (WMV) format and are playable in Windows Media Player which comes as standard on all Windows PC's and is available from http://www.microsoft.com/.
I'm using a Mac!
No problem... We designed this site largely on a Mac. You can view all of our videos by getting hold of Flip4Mac which enables WMV playback. Alternatively you can download the MP4 formats we are beginning to roll out across our updates.
Please tell me you don't have crappy DRM...
We're glad to say we don't. We don't believe in DRM and would rather you get to take the content YOU have purchased with you on your portable platforms. That does not mean to say we condone illegal distribution of our content. We don't and will seek legal proceedings where required.
Downloading Files faster and more reliably!
Use a download manager when ever possible downloading .zip files and movie/video clips. Not only does using a download manager increase reliability of downloading large files over the Internet, they also increase your download speed. We recommend ReGet available from www.reget.com as a download manager for the PC. There are also other Download Managers freely available on the Web for both the Mac and PC.
Downloading Sets/Zips of Images/Photos.
Image Sets are downloadable as .zip files. Zip files can be opened using the default unzipper built into Windows XP/ Vista or using Winzip from www.winzip.com for the PC. There are other archive programs available for the PC which recognize the .zip format such as Winrar available from www.winrar.com Mac users can use Stuffit for the Mac which comes loaded by default on most OSX based Macs. Stuffit can also be downloaded from www.stuffit.com.

I have modelled for you and changed my mind following the shoot, can you remove my content please?
The short answer to this is NO. However I am not a complete hard-ass and will consider genuine content removal requests in the week following our shoot. I will usually request that you return the shoot fee paid and whatever expenses I paid or expenses that I incurred (if I travelled to you). If this approach doesn't sit well with you I would advise you to reconsider a shoot with anyone the Adult industry and I would also remind models submitting a removal request that the images are not theres and their entitilement to content removal is soley at my discretion. You can submit a content removal request using the contact form on the contact page of this site.
Why should I return the fee in exchange for you to remove my content? You've already seen me naked.
It is NOT about seeing you naked, I'm not into producing porn to see Naked Ladies - that's a rather expensive way of getting my fix of the opposite sex. No, i'm in it to, rather bluntly, make money off you being naked. If you wish me not to publish your content and use it in the way we agreed when your fee was paid then it is only right you return the fee in the full.

Please see above. Chances are videos and stills used to promote this site and content of you on such sites as YouTube.com, Facebook.com and Myspace.com etc... will likely not be removed, as above, genuine requests maybe considered but these promotional uses is what helps this site continue to grow.
