Video Software:
All video files on hosted at mybeautifultease.com are in WMV (Windows Media Video) format, you will need Windows Media Player (PC) or Flip4Mac (MAC) to sucessfully view/download these files.

All videos published within the blog section of MBT as well as our preview clips are FLV (Flash Video) files and you will need Adobe Flash Player to view these files. There are currently no plans to change these formats however there are plans to introduce additional formats in the future.

Additonal Software
WinZIP or WinRAR is recommended fo the downloading of Zip files from the galleries on MBT, Windows XP and later as well as Mac OSX10 have native Zip handling and you should still be able to access the contents of Zip files without the installation of new software.

MBT was designed and tested primarily with Firefox, though still compatible with Internet Explorer and Safari we recommend upgrading to Mozilla's Firefox to unlock the full My Beautiful Tease experience. MBT was designed for and is best viewable in 1024+ screen resolution.

Cancelling You're Subscription
We do not directly administer your credit or debit card details, information on how to cancel you're account can be found in the confirmation e-mail you recieved from CCBILLEU at the time you subscribed. Alternatively you can serh for your original transaction by card or subscription number on the CCBILL web site and choose to cancel you're subscription that way.
